App is great but support died, I guess

The app is great but I cannot get to the support for weeks. Neither through mail, nor through the official support system. This caused me to stop using LiveReoad, unfortunately, since it cannot see my RVM Rubies after system upgrade. I cannot fix it myself and support does not respond to my requests.
