OK when it works. Support is MIA.

It seems like the development is slow (if in progress at all) and the support is NON EXISTANT.

Ive been having an issue ever since I purchased the app. Contacted support and that was 2 weeks ago. NO RESPONSE. Ive since emailed them to check on the status of my support ticket. No response.

This app is such a great concept and is helpful when it works.

Unforunatly this development team has gone MIA and isnt answering support or releasing fixes/updates.
