Great app, little worried about support

This app is great and works better than I could have imagined. Im using emacs with MAMP, and previewing works like a charm.

The compiler stuff is cool but feels bolted on, and is becoming out of date. Id much rather it just require that I have the right command line stuff installed. Its been a while since an update and that has me a little concerned, Id hope an app with this popularity would be more up-to-date.
